About us
Open since 1996, Victoria Dock Village Hall is a community centre in the heart of Hull, just a short walk from the Fruit Market and city centre. We’re on a main bus route and located right next to the A63, making us easily accessible from across the city.
Managed by volunteers and built through resident determination, the Hall was created by the community for the community. Today, it supports nearly 2,000 households across Victoria Dock.
What’s Happening at the Hall
There’s always something going on at Victoria Dock Village Hall.
From privately run groups and classes to Community Association-led events, the Hall is used throughout the week by people of all ages.
Whether it’s yoga, chess club, choir practice, seasonal trails or our bi-annual Fun Day, the Hall is a space that brings people together.
For the latest updates, read The Citadel, our community newsletter.
Supported by our Partners
Victoria Dock Village Hall is strengthened by the support of local businesses, organisations and community partners.
Their support helps us:
- Maintain and improve the building
- Deliver affordable community events
- Keep the Hall sustainable for future generations
